Flexible Gastroenterology Role with Varied Call Schedule in Wisconsin

Join our team as a Gastroenterology Physician providing both inpatient and outpatient care with a flexible call schedule.

Schedule:

• Scheduled clinical hours plus call
• Start date: January 1, 2025
• Ongoing opportunity with holiday coverage options
• Call response time required: 20 minutes

Practice Setting:

• Inpatient and outpatient settings
• Facility requires hospital/surgery center privileges
• Support staff includes RNs, MAs, PA/NPs, and office staff
• Variable patient load and department size

Procedures and Cases:

• Preferred skills include upper and lower GI endoscopy, ERCP, and liver biopsy
• Supervision of advanced practice providers required

Requirements:

• Board Certified in Internal Medicine - Gastroenterology
• Active WI license or IMLC
• Certifications: ACLS, BLS

Credentialing Requirements:

• Estimated timeframe: 90 days
• Fellowship: 3 years
