Outpatient Family Medicine opportunity in eastern North Carolina with weekday-only clinic and no call.

Highlights

• No call or weekends; clinic hours only
• Full-time ongoing or part-time options available

• 2 locations: Enfield and Roanoke Rapids

Practice Setting

• Outpatient-only primary care
• FQHC community health model; heavy geriatric population
• Full support staff: 5 MDs, 2 APPs, RNs, CMAs, and more

Schedule

• Monday to Friday, 8 am–5 pm
• Flexible provider schedule possible (split coverage days)
• 30–45 day credentialing (or faster for clean background)

Cases and Procedures

• 18–20 patients/day
• Preventive care and chronic disease management
• Adult and geriatric-focused

Requirements

• Board Certified or Eligible in Family or Internal Medicine
• Active North Carolina license
• BLS and DEA required

Travel Accommodations

• Airfare, lodging, rental car, and mileage reimbursed
• On-site condos or preferred hotels available
