Family Practice Physician – West Virginia

Outpatient Setting – $250,000 Base Salary plus wRVU Bonuses

Several Family Practice physicians are needed to join this academic affiliated outpatient clinic position in West Virginia. This clinic has a well established patient-base already and can have a physician up and running with a full case load immediately.

  • Base pay of $250,000 + wRVU compensation at a reasonable threshold – physicians wRVU threshold is met by all physicians and paid at $45 over threshold
  • Clinical hours are 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday through Friday
  • Affiliated with West Virginia University Medical!
  • 20-25 patients per day, up to 30 for physicians with quick bed-side manner and great scheduling practices
  • $40,000 Sign-on bonus
  • $10,000 for relocation
  • Physicians will conduct minor surgeries
  • Family Practice physicians with interest or focuses in other specialties are encouraged to apply
  • Call schedule is split between the physicians and APPs equally, equating to call just every few months
  • Average number of weekday calls after hours is 3-4 and weekend calls is 3-4
  • Hospital-employed position with full benefits- health, dental, vision, and malpractice insurance
  • 32 days off between PTO and Hospital Vacation, as well as 5 days for CME
  • H1B or J1 visa eligible position
