  • We are seeking coverage for vacation coverage at the fastest-growing FQHC in California. This high-paying opportunity offers a schedule of 4 or 5 days per week with no night shifts, weekends, or on-call duties. Located in Atascadero, you will have time to explore a thriving community with local shops, restaurants, and avenues for outdoor recreation.

    Requirements & Credentials:

    • Board-certified or board eligible Family Medicine physician
    • BLS and DEA certifications required

    ** Schedule:**

    • November 20, 2024- January 14, 2025

      • ** required orientation/training on 11/18 and 11/19**
    • Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

      • option for 4 days/week 8a-5p (no 10-hour shifts)
    • No nights, weekends, or on-call responsibilities

    ** Practice Setting:**

    • Bread and Butter outpatient primary care
    • 20-23 scheduled visits per day will pre-book to account for no shows
    • No hospital rounding is required, allowing you to focus solely on outpatient care
    • Recently awarded over a million dollars in grants to expand services and support the community's needs

    ** Travel & Accommodations:**

    • Travel and lodging are provided (mileage or rental car and hotel)

    • Reside in a coastal community with beautiful beaches and ocean views
