By using the Service, whether as a current or prospective client, candidate clinician or visitor to our website, you acknowledge that you have read this privacy policy, and consent to the handling of your personal information as described in this policy, which we may update from time to time as described in the “Changes to this Policy” section, below.

Curative Talent is a United States company. The Curative Talent Service is not intended for users outside of the United States and non-US healthcare professionals are not eligible for the Curative Talent Service. By using the Service, you consent to your personal information being stored and otherwise processed in the United States as described in this policy.

1. Collection of Information

In order to be eligible for placement in a role as a clinician or otherwise use our services, we require you to provide certain personal information.

Information That You Provide To Us Directly

Curative Talent Clinicians

In order to be eligible for placement in a role as a clinician or otherwise use our services, we require you to provide certain personal information.

All Curative Talent candidate clinicians must provide their first and last name, email address, and phone number. Candidates may also be asked to share their professional references, work history, CV or resume, education history, medical licenses, NPI number, gender, birthdate, social security number, and citizenship or visa status.

Throughout the course of the relationship between Curative Talent and candidates, we may require additional information from candidates in order to determine eligibility for available positions. This may include, but is not limited to, information needed to verify credentialing status such as a professional email address, a copy of their professional license, medical ID or other relevant documentation. We may also collect information in order to improve our Services, such as your text messages or calls with Curative Talent.

Curative Talent Clients

If you are a Curative Talent Client, data collected will typically comprise of your contact details, such as your name, telephone number, address, email address, job title, and business record related to the Services.

Information Collected Automatically When You Use The Services

In addition to your personal information that you provide to us directly, we collect a variety of personal information automatically when you use the visit our website through the use of cookies and similar technologies (e.g., pixels or web beacons), We may collect device information including your IP address.

The use of these technologies helps us serve you better by understanding what you’re interested in, tracking trends, measuring the effectiveness of our content, and saving your preferences. For example, we may use third party sources to obtain your National Provider Identifier (NPI) record, specialty, office address, phone numbers, educational background, certifications, professional group affiliations, your publications and other professional achievements.

Provision of the Service

We use your information to provide, operate, support, and improve the Services.

Communications

We use your information to communicate with you about the Service. These communications may contain information about professional opportunities and marketing about products and services of Curative Talent. These communications may be sent through email.

Professional Opportunities

We use your information to recommend professional opportunities to you (and you to those offering such opportunities), including emails that we may send to you on behalf of recruiters and Curative Talent clients.

Background Checks

We may use your information to conduct background checks, including but not limited to, verification of educational or professional credentials.

Other Uses of Your Information

We also use your information to detect, investigate, and prevent fraudulent, harmful, unauthorized, unethical or illegal activities to protect the rights, safety and property of Curative Talent, our users and others, in connection with legal proceedings, including arbitration, and to comply with our legal obligations. Also, we may create anonymous, aggregated or de-identified data from your personal information and other individuals whose personal information we collect. We may use this anonymous, aggregated or de-identified data and share it with third parties for our lawful business purposes, including to analyze and improve the Services and promote our business.

Service Providers

Commercial Clients

We share the information of candidate clinicians with institutions seeking to find talent for their needs; the clients may be hospitals, recruiting organizations, government and university health care institutions, clinics, and other enterprises that may seek a clinician as temporary or permanent staff. They use the information to select candidates that may be interested in employment and other professional opportunities that they offer.

Business Transferees

We may share your personal information in connection with a business transaction (or potential transaction) involving a corporate divestiture, merger, consolidation, acquisition, reorganization, sale or other disposition of all or any portion of the business or assets of, or equity interests in, Curative Talent or our corporate affiliates (including, in connection with a bankruptcy or similar proceedings).

Affiliated Companies

We may share personal information with our corporate affiliates for use consistent with this privacy policy.

Authorities

We may access, preserve, and share your information with third parties, as required or permitted by applicable law, if we believe it is reasonably necessary to comply with legal process and law enforcement instructions and orders, such as a search warrant, subpoena, statute, judicial proceeding, or other legal process served on us, which may involve disclosure to law enforcement, courts, or governmental authorities. Also, if you provide us information about an adverse event relating to a pharmaceutical product or medical device, we may be required to report this information along with your contact information to the manufacturer so it can comply with legally required reporting obligations.

You may opt-out of receiving marketing emails from Curative Talent at any time by opting out via the link the email footer or sending an opt-out request to support@doximity.com. Please be aware that you cannot opt-out of receiving service messages from us including security and legal notices.
