Practice Overview

  • You’ll join a prominent general surgery group with 3 surgeons, including one focused on bariatrics
  • Full spectrum of bread-and-butter colorectal procedures with potential to grow subspecialty volume
  • Access to robotics and dedicated clinic and OR staff; EMRs include EPIC (hospital) and Imed (clinic)

Schedule

  • Monday to Friday schedule with designated OR and clinic days
  • Monday-Wednesday split between clinic and surgery; Thursday dedicated OR day; Friday for rounding or flex

    • Flexible schedule options based on your preference
  • Shared call with no trauma burden
  • Balanced procedural and clinic mix with strong support for workflow efficiency

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary Guarantee with high earning potential based on production
  • Relocation and signing bonus marketed as negotiable; PSLF-eligible institution

Candidate Requirements

  • Board-eligible or board-certified in General Surgery; fellowship in Colon & Rectal Surgery not required
  • Open to new graduates and experienced surgeons; procedural autonomy supported
  • U.S. and international medical graduates considered
  • Candidates over age 55 reviewed on a case-by-case basi
