Maternal Fetal Medicine Opportunity in Lawton, Oklahoma

This is a rare opportunity to lead and design a high-risk OB program from the ground up with full administrative support, no required call, and the flexibility to shape your own clinical cadence. Whether you're seeking a consult-only role or prefer to maintain some general OB work, this role offers the autonomy and infrastructure to match your goals.
Practice Overview
- You’ll lead the development of a new MFM program, supported by 6 OB/GYNs, 4 NPs, and 100+ referring PCPs
- Option to focus exclusively on consultative care—no deliveries or call required
- Imaging interpretation, amniocentesis, and fetal echo (in development) included in scope
- Strong hospital infrastructure with Level II NICU and ~140 deliveries/month across two campuses
- State-of-the-art facilities with Davinci robot and a combined 13 OR’s across two campuses
- No regional competition and HUGE catchment area!
- Ability to co-manage difficult or unique cases with the University of Oklahoma - 40 min away
Schedule
- Monday–Friday clinic hours with flexible template setup
- No required inpatient call or deliveries
- Onsite ultrasound availability daily; no outreach travel required
- Support from dedicated sonographers and part-time laborist coverage
- Ability to custom build out your own clinic with support staff and scheduling dedicated to your service line

Guaranteed base salary for the full duration of employment + amazing bonus potential!
- 75th - 90th percentile earning potential
- Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance; loan repayment negotiable
- 30 days of PTO (includes CME and holidays)

Candidate Requirements
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Maternal Fetal Medicine
- Comfortable working independently to build and guide program strategy
- Open to consult-only or hybrid MFM/OB model (physician’s choice)
- Passion for serving underserved populations in a growing regional health system
