    Practice Setting

    Schedule

    • Friday to Sunday, with occasional Monday mornings
    • Optional weekday clinic coverage for added availability
    • Block scheduling welcome

    Cases and Procedures

    • General inpatient Pediatric Urology
    • Clinic volumes range from 18–22 patients/day
    • Case log required for credentialing

    Requirements

    • Board Certified or Eligible in Urology
    • Active Illinois license required
    • ACLS and BLS certifications

    Travel Accommodations

    • Flights, hotel, car rental, and mileage reimbursed
    • Regional airports serve the Peoria area
