The 4/10 Model: Enjoy a permanent 4-day work week with no call, no weekends, and no after-hours requirements.Deliberate Scheduling: 90-minute new evaluations and 30-minute follow-ups. You will see only 12–15 patients per day.
Field Engagement: Partner with forensic teams for "warm hand-offs" in jails and community settings—meeting patients where they are to build essential rapport.
Strict Boundaries: Our Medical Director manages crisis calls, ensuring your time off is truly yours.

Base Salary: $150,000 – $175,000+Retirement: Automatic 5% employer contribution to your 403(b) after 6 months—no employee match required.Student Loan Support: $150/month direct payment toward loans, plus eligibility for state/federal repayment programs.
