Join an established practice in Pennsylvania where you can control your calendar while providing essential care. We are seeking an Otolaryngologist for a consistent locums assignment with potential for a long-term contract and licensing assistance.

Practice Setting

• Outpatient setting supported by 2 part-time ENTs and 1 Advanced Practice Provider.
• Average daily volume of 20-22 patients.
• General ENT focus treating patients of all ages from pediatric to adult.
• Low average call volume during on-call periods.

Schedule

• Daily clinic and OR hours from 8a-5p.
• Rotating night and 24-hour weekend call coverage still available.
• Block scheduling available to maximize time off between shifts.
• Flexible monthly rotations tailored to your availability.

Procedures and Cases

• Focus on general ENT including tubes, tonsils, and adenoids.
• Manage sinus issues, ear wax, and sudden hearing loss.
• Elective procedures may be scheduled for clinicians covering consecutive weeks.
• Primarily non-surgical clinic patient load.

Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Otolaryngology.
• Minimum of 12 months of professional experience.
• Active Pennsylvania license or qualifying IMLC Letter of Qualification.

Credentialing Requirements

• Standard timeframe of 60-90 days.
• Full credentialing support provided to streamline the process.
• Malpractice insurance included for the duration of the assignment.
