Practice Overview

  • Join a close-knit team at a respected community hospital, providing full-spectrum family medicine including prenatal, delivery, and postpartum care
  • Average 130 births annually, with opportunity to expand OB panel or partner with regional clinics for increased volume
  • Call is flexible - 7 days/month OB backup, with shared support from CRNAs, general surgery, and OB/GYN locums
  • Perform basic GYN procedures (IUDs, colposcopies) and collaborate across specialties in a hospital undergoing $40M in upgrades
  • Newly built OB and primary care clinic slated for 2026, with integrated behavioral health and expanded procedure space

** Schedule**

  • Full-time outpatient clinic with an average of 16 patients per day
  • No inpatient rounding required outside of OB coverage
  • Flexible clinic templates and scope tailored to your interests

** Compensation & Benefits**

  • Base salary between $300,000 - $375,000 based on experience and scope
  • Optional RVU model, plus negotiable sign-on and relocation packages
  • 30 days PTO, $7,000 CME stipend, and full malpractice with tail coverage
  • Public pension through IPERS (9.44% employer contribution), plus 403(b) savings plan

** Candidate Requirements**

  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine with OB training
  • Experience or interest in rural, community-focused medicine
  • Fellowship in Obstetrics preferred but not required
  • Comfortable managing low- to moderate-risk deliveries and collaborating in a small team setting
