We are seeking a Primary Care Provider with 4+ years of experience to join our team. This role involves annual physicals, problem-based visits, travel medicine, referrals to specialists, short-term disability management, and Rx management.

Schedule:

• Monday - Thursday; 8a-5p

Key Features:

• On-site lab with Quest processing and POC testing
• Support staff: Medical Assistants and Admin team
• Integrated services: PT, chiropractic, care management, and behavioral health

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of primary care experience
• Strong clinical and communication skills
• Board certification required
