A Connecticut facility is seeking a dedicated Breast Surgeon to join an established team at our community-based cancer center. Join a team of experienced and supportive colleagues in a growing practice. You'll have the opportunity to shape the future of breast surgery services while serving a vital role in providing high-quality care to the Middlesex region!
Practice Setting
- Join a collaborative team with 2 experienced breast surgeons and 1 Physician Assistant
- Comprehensive breast center with all services under one roof and an NAPBC accreditation
- Equipped with advanced tools, including Volpara imaging software for enhanced mammograms
- Participate actively in cancer group discussions, tumor boards, and care planning
- Dedicated Breast Cancer Nurse Navigator for support
- Responsive team with a strong community presence, ensuring timely patient access
** Schedule**

Full-time schedule with a focus on patient-centered care
- Potential medical director duties, including program development and oversight
** Compensation & Benefits**

Competitive guaranteed base salary with full benefits
- $50,000 annual performance-based incentive bonus
- $15,000 administrative bonus for leadership responsibilities
