### Strong Program & Collaborative Culture

  • Join an established group of 5 experienced oncologists , expanding to 7 total providers
  • Walk into an existing patient panel and a large referral network from day one
  • Opportunity to build upon a strong program foundation while helping expand services in the region
  • APP support in clinic, with APPs managing benign hematology patients for improved workflow

### Balanced Schedule & Call Model

  • Monday–Friday schedule with 4 hours of protected admin time each week
  • Practice split: 4 days/week in Lexington and 1 day/week in Berea (41 miles south)
  • Call structure designed for work-life balance :

    • Weekday Call: 1:6, phone-only
    • Weekend Call: 1:4 rotation, rounding Saturday & Sunday mornings
    • Prefer no weekend call? Option to work in London/Corbin locations , which have no weekend coverage
