### Strong Program & Collaborative Culture
- Join an established group of 5 experienced oncologists , expanding to 7 total providers
- Walk into an existing patient panel and a large referral network from day one
- Opportunity to build upon a strong program foundation while helping expand services in the region
- APP support in clinic, with APPs managing benign hematology patients for improved workflow
### Balanced Schedule & Call Model
- Monday–Friday schedule with 4 hours of protected admin time each week
- Practice split: 4 days/week in Lexington and 1 day/week in Berea (41 miles south)

Call structure designed for work-life balance :
- Weekday Call: 1:6, phone-only
- Weekend Call: 1:4 rotation, rounding Saturday & Sunday mornings
- Prefer no weekend call? Option to work in London/Corbin locations , which have no weekend coverage
- Flexible patient volumes —see a comfortable schedule or stay as busy as you’d like

- Competitive Guaranteed Salary: Up to $750,000 for up to 3 years
