General Orthopedic Surgery Opportunity | Western Pennsylvania

Join an established orthopedic group within a high-demand community setting is seeking a General Orthopedic Surgeon to join. This is a replacement opportunity with immediate volume, strong referral infrastructure, and a fully established patient base.

Practice Highlights:

• Succession opportunity with immediate ramp-up • High-volume referral network with significant system overflow • 40% surgical / 60% outpatient clinic practice • Dedicated OR days per week with established block time • Collaborative team including orthopedic surgeon, PA, and Foot & Ankle support

Clinical Scope Comprehensive general orthopedics including total joints, shoulder surgery, fracture management, hand (CTR/tendon), injections, and general orthopedic trauma.

Call Structure

• APP support available during call • Trauma call not required • Call compensation included

Support Environment • Experienced APP, MA, RN, and surgical coordination team • On-site imaging and physical therapy services • Dedicated OR access with established efficiency • Integrated, community-based care model

Candidate Profile Seeking a board-certified/board-eligible General Orthopedic Surgeon with broad clinical scope. Fellowship-trained physicians are welcome if committed to general orthopedics. New graduates and J-1/H-1B candidates will be considered.
