Practice Setting

• Outpatient-only clinic
• Three beds in the department
• Collaborative environment with 1 RN, 3 MAs, and 8 office staff
• Facility is a stroke-certified hospital

Schedule

• Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.
• Optional Saturday hours
• No after-hours or hospital call coverage required
• Flexible schedule based on your availability

Procedures and Cases

• EEG (Electroencephalogram) and EMG (Electromyogram) testing only
• NCV (Nerve Conduction Velocity) tests
• No general neurology
• Provider will be supported by a robust staff of skilled technicians

Requirements

• Must be a Board-Certified Neurologist
• Must have an Indiana medical license
• BLS certification is required
• Fellowship trained in Neuromuscular Medicine is preferred
