** Practice Setting**

• Outpatient clinic setting
• Primarily adult patients, with some older teens if preferred
• Support includes 1 APP, nurses, and clinic staff

** Schedule**

• Full-time, ongoing assignment

  • Minimum of 2 weeks per month required
  • Monday to Friday, 8a–5p; no nights or weekends

** Procedures and Cases**

• No EEG/EMG
• Common cases include injections, Parkinson’s, seizures, and restless leg syndrome

** Requirements**

• Board Certified in Neurology
• Active North Carolina license required
• BLS and DEA certifications are required
