Practice Setting

• Inpatient OB coverage for patients approximately age 15 and up
• Work includes inpatient rounding, select consultations, and patient phone calls
• Unscheduled deliveries as needed, approximately 8 to 12 deliveries per weekend
• 517 bed hospital with a 52 bed level 3 NICU onsite

Schedule

• Call coverage every weekend beginning January 2027, with remaining dates listed January through June
• Call runs from Friday morning through Sunday afternoon
• Daytime call with nighttime emergency pager backup, no continuous in house requirement

• Unscheduled deliveries
• No scheduled surgical cases
• Inpatient rounding and select consultations

Requirements

• Must be an MD or DO
• Board Certified or Board Eligible within 5 years in Obstetrics and Gynecology
• South Carolina license required
• DEA required
