Practice Overview

• Critical access hospital serving a rural Oregon community
• Current team includes 1 OBGYN, 2 FM-OBs, and 2 APPs
• 50/50 inpatient and outpatient mix during weekdays
• Average of 55 annual deliveries with opportunity for growth
• EMR is EPIC, transfers supported to larger regional centers
• OR supported by CRNAs, surgical nurses, and scrub techs

Schedule

• 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off
• 24-hour call during working weeks with 20-minute response time
• Monday through Friday includes both clinic and inpatient care
• No clinic duties on weekends

Compensation and Benefits

• Base salary 325,000 to 375,000
• 35,000 sign-on bonus plus relocation support
• Full benefits including malpractice coverage
• Retirement options include pension and 401k
• 5,000 CME allowance

Candidate Requirements

• Board Certified OBGYN with 3 to 5 years of experience
• Comfortable practicing independently and performing C-sections
• Eligible for or holding an Oregon license
