## Family Medicine Opportunity in Richmond, IN

You’ll step into a well-supported outpatient Family Medicine role focused on full-spectrum care and strong continuity. This is a Family Medicine position designed for physicians who value autonomy, efficient workflows, and reliable specialist backup. Practice Overview

  • Join an outpatient community clinic model with an integrated regional referral network for OBGYN, Cardiology, Neurology, Endocrinology, and more
  • Work alongside on-site Pediatrics, Family Medicine, and APP support with a 2:1 clinical staff-to-provider ratio
  • Full-spectrum “cradle to grave” primary care; no OB required (women’s health limited to PAPs/STD testing)
  • Procedures based on your comfort (examples include joint injections, punch biopsies, and Unna boots)

Schedule

  • Monday–Friday outpatient clinic with 4 hours of protected admin time each week
  • 100% clinic-based practice; average volume around 18 patients per day
  • Call is 1 week at a time for your patients and general adult patients; typically low-intensity with triage nurse support
  • EPIC EMR and integrated behavioral health support with coordinated patient outreach

Compensation & Benefits

  • $300,000 base salary guarantee (2 years) plus wRVU production ($46 per wRVU)
  • $100,000 sign-on bonus (structured payout) and value-based incentives up to $24,750 annually
  • Student loan support: $60,000 employer forgivable loan program (paid over 5 years) and PSLF eligibility; residency stipend available
  • 32 days PTO, $5,000 CME plus 5 CME days, and malpractice coverage included

Candidate Requirements

  • MD/DO with Board Eligible or Board Certified status in Family Medicine
  • Open to new graduates and experienced physicians
  • Comfort managing common chronic conditions (HTN, DM, HLD) with appropriate specialist collaboration
  • Visa sponsorship available (HHS waiver-eligible position)
