Practice Overview
- Join one full-time vascular surgeon within an established and expanding vascular service line
- Vascular-only call with a 1:2 rotation covering a single facility
- Two dedicated vascular operating rooms and a brand-new outpatient clinic located directly across from the hospital
- Strong multidisciplinary collaboration including cardiology, cardiothoracic surgery, orthopedics, general surgery, and 24/7 surgicalist coverage
- Well-supported environment designed for efficient patient care and procedural growth
Schedule
- Monday–Friday schedule featuring 1 clinic day and 4 dedicated OR days weekly
- High procedural volume with approximately 30 clinic patients per day
- Average 4–7 surgical cases per OR day
- Dedicated vascular labs supported by an experienced technical team
- No general surgery call responsibilities
Compensation & Benefits
- Year 1 guarantee of $550,000 plus RVU production; $55/RVU after 10,000 RVUs
- Long-term earning model with $65/RVU at full production
- Negotiable sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, residency/fellowship stipend, and mortgage support
- Eight weeks of paid time off, CME allowance, retirement plans with employer match, and full malpractice coverage
Candidate Requirements
- Board-eligible or board-certified in Vascular Surgery
- Comfortable managing high-volume clinic and operative cases
- Interest in growing procedural volume within a hospital-employed model
- Team-oriented approach to collaboration across service lines
