OB/GYN Physician | No ER or L&D Call | El Paso, Texas

Join a newly opened Women’s Health clinic in El Paso offering an outpatient-focused OB/GYN practice with dedicated support staff and a call structure designed to limit hospital responsibilities.



Position Highlights:

• Newly opened Women’s Health clinic with 12 exam rooms and 2 dedicated procedure rooms
• Outpatient-focused practice with in-house lab, hysteroscopy, and routine outpatient procedures
• No ER call or Labor & Delivery call responsibilities
• OB Hospitalist team manages all hospital deliveries
• House call only with no mandatory overnight in-house coverage
• Every-other-weekend call covering established patients only
• Dedicated RN, Medical Assistants, and front-office scheduling support
• Full inpatient and outpatient support through the affiliated hospital system

Practice Growth:

• Expanding to four OB/GYN physicians with advanced practice support
• Maternal-Fetal Medicine services planned onsite
• Opportunity to join during an early phase of clinic expansion
• Focus on physician workflow, care coordination, and patient access

Candidate Requirements:

• Board-certified or board-eligible in OB/GYN
• New graduates and experienced physicians encouraged to apply* U.S.-based residency completion required
