Practice Overview

• You’ll join an established private dermatology practice with physicians, APPs, and strong clinical support including scribes and MAs
• Full autonomy to structure your clinic, with supportive partners available for collaboration
• Broad case mix including general dermatology, skin cancer, and optional cosmetics, dermpath, or MOHS
• Built-in volume with consistent referrals and a backlog of patients across a multi-state region

Schedule

• Minimum of 32 patient-facing hours per week with flexibility to design your schedule
• Clinic hours typically run 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday
• High-efficiency workflow with scribes allows for increased patient throughput if desired
• Minimal call, limited to occasional hospital consults

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary starting around $400K with total income potential exceeding $800K+
• Production-based earnings with 40–50% collections and additional income from APP supervision
• Partnership opportunity within ~2 years, including ownership in the practice and real estate

Candidate Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Dermatology
• Open to general dermatologists; MOHS, cosmetic, or dermatopathology experience welcomed
• Comfortable with high patient volume and broad dermatologic conditions
• Interest in long-term growth, autonomy, and partnership track
