** Medical Setting:**
- Average of 15-20 patients per day

Support staff of 1 APRN, 2 RNs, 2 medical assistants, and front office staff
- EMR System: EPIC
** Schedule:**

Preferably a 3-6 month assignment
- Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- No call
** Responsibilities:**
- Hematology Oncology procedures include Chemo administration, treatment of anemias, lymphomas, bleeding disorders, carcinomas
- CNS neoplasm, chest neoplasm, skeletal neoplasm, head/neck neoplasm, breast tumors, gynecological conditions, and other miscellaneous conditions
** Requirements:**
- Board Certified in Hematology or Medical Oncology
- Active Hawaii State License
- Active NED
- Certifications: Controlled Substance (CSR/CDS), DEA (Drug Enforcement Agency), NPI
** Travel and Housing:**
- Rental car, lodging, and airfare provided
