This Urology locums assignment is based in California, near Fresno Yosemite International Airport

Highlights

Practice Setting

• Hospital-based inpatient coverage
• Trauma support team and PAs take first call
• No clinic responsibilities during assignment
• Full surgical and trauma infrastructure on-site
• Adults only

Schedule

• 24-hour ED call (7a–7a) with rounding in the morning
• Summer assignments still available
• Ongoing monthly need — cover 1+ weeks at a time

Cases and Procedures

• Bread-and-butter Urology: stones, abscesses, catheter issues, cystoscopies
• Nephrectomies required
• Robotic capability available, but not required

Requirements

• California license and fluoroscopy certification
• Board Certified in Urology
• Minimum 2 years' post-training experience
• Level 1 trauma experience required

Travel Accommodations

• Flight, rental car, and lodging coordinated and paid
• Easily accessed from multiple West Coast airports
