** Practice Setting**

• Telemedicine consults only
• Inpatient medical setting
• Support from on-site APPs/nurses
• Consults provided across multiple UNC hospitals

** Schedule**

• Full-time coverage July through October 17
• Part-time days available after maternity leave coverage ends
• Monday through Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM

** Procedures and Cases**

• Consult-only service for tele-infectious disease
• No procedures required
• No orders or patient management

** Requirements**

• Adult patient focus
• Must hold an active license in the state

Credentialing Requirements

• Estimated 45–60 days to complete

** Travel Accommodations**

• All consults conducted remotely; no travel required
