** Emergency Medicine Physician Opportunity in KY**
We are seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Emergency Medicine physician to join our community-focused team in Kentucky. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced physician or recent residency graduate who is looking for a supportive environment with the chance to make a direct impact.
Practice Details:
- 40-bed ED with advanced technology, including Trauma, Behavioral Health, and Fast Track rooms
- Level 3 Trauma Center certified in sepsis, stroke, and ACS, with a Level III NICU
- Opportunity to teach as part of the Family Medicine Residency Program
- Join a physician team of 14 emergency medicine physicians and 9 Advanced Practice Clinicians
** Schedule:**

Staggered shifts, split proportionally between days, swing, and nights
- Shifts will consist of day and/or night coverage
** Compensation & Benefits:**
- Base salary of $409,500 annually, plus up to $75,000 upfront bonus and engagement bonus of up to $20,000
- Up to $100K in loan forgiveness and residency stipends available
- Comprehensive benefits include ME allowance, professional expenses coverage, full health/dental/vision benefits, retirement plans, and malpractice insurance with tail coverage

** Candidate Parameters:**
- 2025, 2026 (and 2027) residents & in-practice physicians will be considered
- Open to U.S. citizens, Green Card holders, and willing to sponsor H-1B visas

- Board certification is required, or board eligibility with certification expected within five years of residency completion
