Outpatient Physician Assistant Opening in Beautiful Fontana California

Our Fontana clinic is growing, and we’re looking for a dedicated Physician Assistant (PA) to support our all-pediatrics outpatient practice. ### Position Highlights

• 100% Pediatrics – no adult patients
• Outpatient-only – no hospital coverage
• Team includes 3 pediatricians and 1 experienced PA
• Average 20–25 patients/day (volume may vary with no-shows)
• Monday–Friday schedule – no weekends or in-clinic holiday shifts
• Supportive environment with strong physician collaboration

### Ideal Candidate

• Active California PA license , or eligibility to obtain
• Pediatric experience preferred
• Open to new grads with strong pediatric clinical rotations
• Compassionate, team-oriented, and enthusiastic about pediatrics

### Compensation & Benefits

• CME: 40 hours of paid time off + $2,500 annual allowance
• Malpractice coverage provided by the practice
• Sign-on bonus negotiable based on experience
