Compensation & Benefits

• $640,000+ starting salary with RVU-based bonuses and ASC ancillary income designed for $1,500,000+ annual earnings
• Fellowship stipend of $2,000 per month paid while you finish training
• Significant additional income potential through ASC ownership

Candidate Requirements

• Board Certified or truly Board Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery with fellowship training in Hand Surgery
• Open to 2027 graduating residents and fellows
• No visa sponsorship available
