Gastroenterology Locums Physician - Tennessee, 1–2 Weeks a Month

This Gastroenterology assignment is located in Tennessee, near Nashville.

Highlights

• 7-day blocks; only 1–2 weeks per month
• ERCP required (no EUS)
• All travel covered; airfare, hotel, rental car
• Open to IMLC physicians

Practice Setting

• Inpatient-only at two hospitals (20 minutes apart)
• Level III trauma center with endoscopy suite and main OR access
• Support from in-house Endo and OR nurses

Schedule

• 24-hour call, 7 AM – 7 AM for 7 consecutive days
• Rounding, urgent consults, and procedures during the day
• Flex blocks with time off in between

Cases and Procedures

• ERCP, GI bleeds, abdominal pain, food bolus, liver enzymes
• No clinic, no EUS

Requirements

• Board Certified in Gastroenterology
• Proficient in ERCP
• Tennessee license or IMLC LOQ
• BLS, ACLS, DEA required

Travel Accommodations

• Flights, hotel, rental car, and mileage covered
• Nearest airport: Nashville International (BNA)
