Position Overview
- Serve as the senior clinical leader for the organization, ensuring delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care
- Provide strategic leadership and supervision of clinical teams, aligning operations with FQHC and Joint Commission standards
- Partner with executive leadership to advance quality improvement , compliance, and value-based care initiatives
- Lead and mentor physicians and advanced practice providers, supporting professional development and engagement
- Maintain a limited patient panel to stay connected to front-line care needs
Schedule
- Monday to Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM
- Weekends off
Requirements
- Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
- 10+ years of clinical practice experience and 5+ years in a Medical Director or CMO capacity
- Connecticut license or IMLC eligibility
