• High Surgical Volume: 10–15 surgical cases per OR day, with strong community demand

Schedule & Call

• 4.5-day workweek
• No weekend clinic
• After-hours calls limited to standby coverage

• Guaranteed base salary with profit-sharing potential
• Income potential of approximately $800,000 within 18 months and over $1 million in three years
