Practice Setting

• Hospital-based inpatient GI service
• APP on-site weekdays to assist with rounds and consults
• Procedures performed in the OR if needed on weekends
• No clinic responsibilities

Schedule

• 24-hour call during assignment
• 8–10 hours/day for consults, rounding, and procedures
• Lighter volume on weekends
• Summer and fall blocks still open; secure your preferred weeks

Cases and Procedures

• GI scopes and emergent procedures only
• 15–20 new consults daily
• No outpatient, clinic, or elective volume

Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Gastroenterology
• Active South Carolina license required
• BLS and DEA required

Travel Accommodations

• Flights, rental car, lodging, and mileage fully covered
