Practice Overview
- You’ll be the sole ENT at a community-based facility with a long-standing need
- Supported by a full-time PA (who also covers Allergy) and onsite Audiologist
- ENT outreach from another physician occurs monthly
- General ENT focus only; complex cases referred to a larger hub 2 hours north
Schedule
- Primarily clinic-based with dedicated OR block time
- Current volumes average 15–18 patients per day
- No trauma responsibilities; preference for physicians to take consult phone calls from ER (maybe once a month)
- Flexible options available for part-time or gradual ramp-up
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary between $500K–$550K, with potential for regional pay differential up to $600K
- Signing bonus between $25K–$50K based on candidate experience
- Full benefits package including retirement, CME, and malpractice
- Relocation assistance and PTO included
Candidate Requirements
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Otolaryngology
- Ideal for mid-career physicians with ~10 years of practice ahead

- Comfortable with a general ENT scope; subspecialty training not required
