OBGYN Physician - 6-Plus Month Opportunity in Alaska - Active License Required

We’re seeking a Board-Eligible OB/GYN physician for an ongoing locum tenens assignment in Alaska. This role offers a mix of Labor & Delivery and hospital-based OB/GYN care in an inpatient setting.

### Opportunity Details:

• Coverage needed: 2/17/24 – 3/12/24, then up to 12 shifts per month ongoing
• Schedule: 24-hour call shifts (7a-7a); ~12 shifts per month
• Patient Volume: ~5 PPD (approx. 800 deliveries per year)
• Procedures: OB/GYN – Labor & Delivery, ED coverage (full details available)
• Support Staff: Full hospital support team
• Charting: Medhost & Cerner
• Call Requirements: 24-hour call with a 30-minute response time

### Requirements:

• Board Eligibility: OB/GYN
• Certifications: BLS, NRP
• State Licensure: Alaska (must be active)
• Experience: 12+ months required
• Credentialing: 5-day emergency privileges available
