** Practice Setting**

  • Physician-led group under a PSA model
  • High-volume clinic and hospital-based practice with significant interventional caseload (current providers averaging 14,000 wRVUs)
  • No structural required - currently referred to Boise
  • One hospital and one clinic site—streamlined and efficient with minimal travel
  • Excellent support from 4 advanced practice providers, RNs, device techs, and cath lab staff
  • Modern facility with 4 outpatient and 1 inpatient cath lab rooms and full procedural capabilities
  • Rough Annual Volumes: 70 STEMIs and 400 PCIs

** Schedule**

  • Typical schedule is 7:30/8:00 AM–3:00 PM with half-day Fridays

    • Call rotation is STEMI and general cardiology, about every third weekend and one weekday
    • Self-managed recovery time, with options to start late or end early post-call

** Compensation & Benefits**

  • Guaranteed base salary of up to $800K/year for up to 2 years, with most physicians transitioning to production in under 12 months

    • Earning potential exceeds $1.2M, supported by high procedural volume and a 100% RVU-based model
