Hematology and Oncology Locums Physician, Louisiana – Flex Schedule + Quick Start

Outpatient hematology and oncology opportunity in New Orleans with flexible scheduling and fast credentialing.

Highlights

Practice Setting

• Outpatient clinic with 4–5 MDs and full nursing/office staff
• 40% hematology, 60% oncology caseload
• Support from inpatient APP team
• Two nearby sites — primary need at Tuoro location

Schedule

• Monday through Friday, 8a–5p
• Call is light: 1:6 weekly rotation
• Open to locums working 2 weeks per month or ongoing full-time
• Assignment continues until permanent hire is made

Cases and Procedures

• 20 patients per day average
• Adults only — no CART or BMT
• Epic EMR experience required

Requirements

• Board Certified in Hematology, Oncology, or both
• Active Louisiana license or open to IMLC physicians
• Minimum 12 months post-training experience
• BLS and DEA required

Travel Accommodations
