Practice Overview:
- 100% outpatient Interventional Pain practice with no chronic opioid management
- ASC-aligned model with fluoroscopy, ultrasound, C-arms, and dedicated recovery bays
- Two procedure rooms plus eight clinic/procedure rooms
- Broad procedural mix including epidurals, RFA, kyphoplasty, SCS, MILD, and biologics
- Full autonomy to tailor your procedural focus and grow the service line
### Schedule:
- Four to five procedure days per week, with one to two clinic days
- 60 to 70 procedures weekly, with projected growth to 100+
- 40-hour workweek with flexibility between ASC and clinic
- Limited call responsibilities, approximately three months annually
### Compensation & Ownership:
- $450,000 base salary plus 30 percent of collections above $750,000
- Annual earning potential exceeding $600,000
- Sign-on bonus and malpractice coverage with tail
- Ownership eligibility after two years, including practice, ASC, and real estate
- 15 business days of PTO, six holidays, and $5,000 CME allowance
### Candidate Profile:
- Fellowship-trained in Pain Medicine through Anesthesiology or PM&R
- Procedurally focused with ASC-driven practice goals
- Eligible for Louisiana medical licensure and DEA
- Interested in leadership, expansion, and building long-term equity

$450K–$650K
