    ### Practice Overview

    • 100 percent outpatient interventional pain practice with no chronic opioid panel or inpatient work
    • Two-room setup with C-arms and eight clinic/procedure rooms
    • ASC-aligned model with fluoroscopy, ultrasound, and recovery bays
    • Broad procedural mix including epidurals, RFA, kyphoplasty, SCS, MILD, and biologics
    • Freedom to perform the procedures you prefer, with full clinical autonomy
    • Join a private, physician-owned group with a strong regional reputation and support

    ### ** Schedule**

    • 4 to 5 procedure days per week, with 1 to 2 clinic days
    • Approximately 60 to 70 procedures per week, growing to 100+ with a new physician
    • 40-hour workweek with flexibility between ASC and clinic
    • Limited call responsibilities, approximately three months per year

    ### ** Compensation & Benefits**

    • Base salary of $450,000 plus 30 percent of collections above $750,000
    • Annual earning potential exceeding $600,000
    • Sign-on bonus, malpractice with tail, and ownership eligibility after two years
    • Ownership includes practice, ASC, and real estate
    • 15 business days of PTO, 6 holidays, and a $5,000 CME allowance

    • Fellowship-trained in Pain Medicine through Anesthesiology or PM&R
    • Focused on interventional procedures with ASC-based practice goals
    • Eligible for a Louisiana medical license and DEA
