Outpatient-only locums assignment in Chicago with fast credentialing and weekday schedule.

Highlights:

• No call or after-hours requirements
• Fully outpatient, no hospital rounds
• Minimum 3-month assignment, extension possible

Practice Setting:

• Medicare-focused clinic in the Hermosa neighborhood
• Spanish-speaking patient population
• On-site support: NPs, RNs, MAs, and scribes
• Canopy/Greenway EMR

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM
• No weekends or holidays
• Minimum 3-month coverage requested
• Dates still open; flexibility in start

Cases and Procedures:

• No procedures required
• Focus on chronic disease management: diabetes, CHF, CAD, hypertension
• Mild cognitive and geriatric care

Requirements:

• MD or DO, Board Certified in Internal or Family Medicine
• Active Illinois license and DEA

Travel Accommodations:

• All travel covered: airfare, hotel, rental car, mileage
