    Cases and Procedures

    • Traditional primary care for patients 65+
    • Common cases include diabetes, hypertension, and CHF
    • No procedures required

    Requirements

    • Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
    • 12 months of experience
    • New York state licensure required
