Schedule

  • Approximately 1.5 operating room days and 2.5 clinic days each week
  • Average of 20 patients per clinic day
  • Shared orthopedic call averaging 10 days per month, including one weekend
  • Dedicated administrative support and scheduling flexibility promote an efficient practice and work-life balance

Compensation & Benefits

  • $670,000 guaranteed base salary with earning potential exceeding $800,000
  • Sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, and student loan repayment

Candidate Requirements

  • Fellowship training in Orthopedic Sports Medicine
  • Board-certified or board-eligible MD or DO
  • Comfortable performing arthroscopic shoulder and knee procedures, ACL reconstructions, and shoulder repairs
