• Inpatient and outpatient mix
• Clinic volume: 18–22 adult patients/day
• Cerner EMR
• Office cystoscopy + OR procedures

Schedule

• Monday–Friday, 8a–5p
• Weekday after-hours + 24-hour weekend call
• Not open to weekend-only providers

Cases and Procedures

• General adult Urology
• Cystoscopy and bread-and-butter OR procedures

Requirements

• Board Certified in Urology
• Active Illinois license or IMLC LOQ
• BLS and ACLS required
• Clean background mandatory
