** Practice Setting**

• Outpatient urgent care treating pediatric patients only
• APP and clinic staff support onsite
• Opportunity to work across several sites

** Schedule**

• 7 shifts per month with ongoing availability

  • 12-hour daytime shifts
  • Weekend coverage required, with flexible options to group shifts for travel or extended breaks

** Procedures and Cases**

• Full scope Urgent Care

  • Includes I&D, laceration repair, stapling, splinting, and occasional toenail removal

** Requirements**

• Board Certified in Pediatrics
• Active BLS and DEA
• Licensed in West Virginia or open to IMLC providers
