** Practice Setting**

• Inpatient role with zero outpatient responsibilities
• Interdisciplinary team consists of nurses, social workers, and chaplains
• Supportive environment with oversight from Medical Director

** Schedule**

• Flexible schedule, with 1–2 weekdays per month then shift to PRN coverage

  • 8 AM–5 PM; day shifts only
  • 10–12 total weeks of coverage annually

** Procedures and Cases**

• No procedures involved
• Hospital-based palliative cases
• Includes goal-of-care conversations and end-of-life support

** Requirements**

• Board-certified in Hospice and Palliative Medicine
• Active California license required
• BLS certification
