Interventional Radiology locums coverage in Illinois with no call required, working a mix of inpatient and outpatient adult cases. Monday through Saturday daytime schedule with a high procedural volume.

- Mix of inpatient and outpatient Interventional Radiology.
- Adult patient population.
- Annual IR census, 1,800 to 2,000 cases; outpatient volume, 1,260 to 1,400 annually.
- Collaborative workflow with referring physicians, hospital teams, and procedural staff.
Schedule
- Monday through Saturday, 8a to 5p.
Cases and Procedures
- CT and ultrasound guided biopsies, including lung, thyroid, renal, liver, bone, lymph node, bone marrow.
- Drain placements and management, including abscess drains, chest tubes, drain exchanges.
- Biliary procedures; GI and GU procedures.
- Vascular access and procedures, including hemodialysis access; oncology related interventions.
Requirements
- Must be an MD or DO.
- Board Certified in Interventional Radiology and Diagnostic Radiology.
- Active Illinois license required, will not wait for license.
- ACLS, CSR, and DEA.
