Position Highlights

• Flexible Schedule: Unique 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off block schedule offering unmatched work-life balance.
• Open to Multiple Specialties: OB/GYN Physicians as well as Family Medicine Physicians with OB Fellowship training are strongly encouraged to apply.
• Surgical & Clinical Support: Clinic-based practice with direct hospital access for deliveries, access to a brand-new da Vinci robotic-assisted surgical system, and support from four Certified Nurse Midwives.
• Quality Standard: Top-performing FQHC with a perfect HRSA score and a strong focus on patient-centered outcomes.

Schedule & Call

• Traditional Monday - Friday clinic schedule
• Alternative Block schedules considered: 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off* 1:3 second-call rotation (First call covered by four Certified Nurse Midwives)
• Balanced mix of outpatient care, deliveries, and gynecologic care/procedures

Compensation & Student Loan Relief

• $450,000 guaranteed base salary
• $150,000 sign-on bonus
• Up to $50,000 annual quality incentive bonus
• Exceptional Loan Repayment: Qualifies for both National Health Service Corps (NHSC) loan repayment options and Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF).
• Full Coverage: 100% malpractice coverage, including tail coverage through the FTCA
