Practice Overview
- You’ll join a primary care team supported by two experienced Family Nurse Practitioners
- Outpatient-only with the option to add inpatient pediatrics, adult care, or nursing home work
- Retiring physician’s practice offers immediate patient volume of 120+ visits/week
- Team-oriented environment with long-standing community relationships
Schedule
- Monday - Friday, 7am - 5pm with 4- or 5-day workweek options (8- or 10-hour shifts)
- Minimal call: 2-3 after-hours shifts/month, including weekends, phone only
- Patient panel skews toward adults with minimal pediatric care required
- Option to customize scope to include inpatient or nursing home rounds for additional pay
Compensation & Benefits
- $309,000 base salary with quarterly RVU bonuses above 75th percentile MGMA
- $50,000 start/relocation bonus plus generous productivity incentives
- 6 weeks PTO, 7 paid holidays, CME allowance, and occurrence malpractice coverage
- Premium health, dental, disability, vision, and life insurance; NY State pension or 401K available
Candidate Requirements
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Family Medicine
- Recent grads and experienced physicians under age 55 preferred; older candidates considered case-by-case
- J1 and H1B visa sponsorship available
- Must be mission-aligned and committed to serving a rural patient population long-term
