Schedule

• Part-time: Mondays 7am–12pm, Tuesdays & Thursdays 12pm–5pm
• Work 1–3 days weekly with no meal breaks required
• No long-term commitment; ongoing PRN potential

Cases and Procedures

• Preventive, acute, and episodic care
• Patients ages 2+, <10% pediatrics
• No procedures required

Requirements

• Board Certified or Eligible in Family Medicine
• Active Kentucky license required
• BLS and DEA certifications
