Position Highlights

• Collaborative CNM Team: 3 CNMs manage routine prenatal care, low-risk deliveries, postpartum care, surgical first-assisting, and first-line call triage.
• Focused Practice: Focus on complex GYN consults, high-risk OB co-management, and operative care.
• Surgical Suites: 4 main operating rooms equipped for open and laparoscopic procedures, with a robotics innovation fund underway.
• Academic Teaching: Precept 2–4 Family Medicine residents per year with OB emphasis.
• Clinical Support: Dedicated RN/LPN triage, integrated Epic EMR, and AI scribe documentation tools.
• Specialty Connections: On-site MFM clinics and 24/7 NICU telehealth connectivity.
• Modern Facilities: Outpatient clinic with in-office ultrasound and procedure suites, plus an 11-bed birth center with spacious LDRP suites.

Schedule & Call

• Workweek: 2–3 clinic days, 0.5–1 dedicated surgery day, plus admin time.
• Call Schedule: 1:4 shared call. CNMs provide first-line triage.
• Call Logistics: On-site call suites with a 30-minute response radius.
• Coverage: 24/7 CRNA anesthesia and on-site pediatrician support for C-sections.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience: 5+ years of post-residency experience preferred; new grads are welcome to apply.
• Skills: Proficient in open and advanced laparoscopic GYN procedures.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $404,688 plus wRVU production.
• Sign-On & Relocation: $50,000 sign-on bonus plus relocation assistance.
• PTO: Up to 36 days annually for vacation, sick leave, holidays, and CME.
