** Requirements**

• Board Certified or Board Eligible within 5 years in Diagnostic Radiology or Radiology
• BLS and MQSA certification required
• Active Georgia license or open to IMLC Physicians
• Minimum of 24 months experience

** Credentialing Requirements**

• Board Certification (or true Eligibility) and GA or IMLC license in hand
• MQSA certification mandatory
• Credentialing time frame is 45–60 days
